Working with us
Do you work with travel advisors?
Yes. We are delighted to work with travel advisors and agencies, particularly those specialising in luxury, experiential and custom travel. Whether you have a client looking for a hosted small group tour or a completely private journey, we can work directly with you to create the right experience for your client.
Can a travel advisor book on behalf of their client?
Absolutely. Our travel advisors can manage the booking process on behalf of their clients, including making enquiries, securing availability and coordinating payments where agreed.
We work closely with the advisor throughout the booking process, allowing you to remain the primary point of contact for your client while we take care of the Irish arrangements.
Can a travel advisor make payment on behalf of their client?
Yes. Where agreed, an authorised travel advisor can arrange payment on behalf of their client. We can provide the necessary payment instructions and booking documentation directly to your advisor.
Do you offer travel advisor commission?
Yes, we offer commission to eligible travel advisors on qualifying bookings. Our commission structure and booking procedures can be discussed directly with our trade partners.
How does commission work?
Commission is payable after the guest has completed their tour, no later than 30 days from the final date of the tour. Commission is paid directly to our agencies and travel advisors and does not result in an additional charge to the guest. Any cancellations, refunds or amendments affecting the booking affect the commission payable.
Will Irish Butler Luxury Travel communicate directly with my client?
We are happy to work according to your preferred relationship with your client. We can communicate directly with the traveller where necessary to arrange practical details while keeping you informed, or we can work primarily through your agency. Our goal is supporting your client relationship rather than replacing it.
Can advisors request special arrangements?
Yes. We understand that luxury travellers often have individual requirements. We will always do our best to accommodate all requests and confirm any associated costs before arrangements are made.
